They sell a palm rest. It's not exactly cruise control but you rest your palm on it and it gives your hand a break. I goes on the grip. I almost bought one in Daytona because my hand was sore from so much riding but I didn't find it until the end of the vacation and it really doesn't go with the look of my bike. My riding at home doesn't bother me. I think it was about $10 or so.
